San Diego Youth Service-Take Wing
A transitional living community for individuals between the ages of 16-24. There is a strong commitment to assisting homeless teens, teenage parents, young families, and those who have been emancipated from the foster care system.

Sylvia's Place
An emergency overnight shelter for LGBTQ youth who are under 24. Hot meals, clothing, showers, case management, physical and mental health medical services are all provided.

HOME Program
A transitional housing program with 2 year maximum for former foster youth between the ages of 18-24.

Transitional Housing Placement (THP+)
Provide safe and affordable housing along with support services for former foster and probation youth.

YMCA Turning Point
An 18 month transitional living program for homeless young adults between the ages of 16-21 with and without children.

YMCA Tommies Place
An 18 month transitional living program for young adults who are pregnant or parenting children 0-5 years old.

YMCA Mary's House
A 24 month transitional housing program assisting young woman between the ages of 18-24. Dedicated to help women personally, professionally and academically.

YMCA Independent Living Skills
A program that assists current and former foster youth between the ages of 16-21. The youth must be referred to the program at the age of 16 by their county social worker or probation officer.

Trolley Trestle
Affordable, transitional housing for former foster youth or homeless youth while they finish school or complete job training. Dedicated to serving youth from the ages 16-24 and parenting youth.
