Just in Time’s Engagement and Empowerment Manager, Caitlin Radigan took the stage at The National Conflict Resolution Center’s 26th Annual Peacemaker Awards to present San Diego Women’s Foundation (SDWF) with the much-deserved Philanthropy Award, last weekend.
San Diego Women’s Foundation has dedicated 23 years of service and $5 million worth of grants to nonprofits like Just in Time, aimed at tackling the most pressing issues in the San Diego community.
The $50,000 grant SDWF awarded to JIT provided critical assistance to participants during and after the pandemic, and SDWF members have been a consistent force within the JIT community, donating home furnishings to youth as they set up their first apartments and acting as volunteer coaches and mentors.
Thank you, San Diego Women’s Foundation, for believing in the youth we serve! And thank you National Conflict Resolution Center for giving us an opportunity to help honor them!
